In this initiative, we spend Monday evenings processing through the challenges and emotions of divorce or separation with people who have or are going through similar experiences. Topics range from facing anger to financial practicalities and forgiveness.
If you’re a man over the age of 21, join us for a controlled bourbon tasting (no drinking throughout the evening) that will be followed by a discussion of the previous week’s sermon and an intentional time of prayer and encouragement.
Clutter adds chaos to our daily lives, especially when it’s somewhere as frequently used as our kitchens. Join us for this initiative as we discuss the repercussions of clutter and put into practice some decluttering strategies by cleaning out and organizing City Church’s kitchen, allowing our church family to better utilize this space.
Join us as we prepare and deliver food to 100+ firefighters who are serving our community on Thanksgiving Day. Thanksgiving should be about living into the spirit of gratitude. Thanking those who serve 24/7 without a day off is one way to engage people on a real level into the work and heart of Jesus in our community.
This is an opportunity to connect with Pastor Charlie the 2nd Saturday of every month from 10a-12pm. No topic is off limits! Come and learn about the direction of the church, clear up any confusion that you have about how we operate, or just get to know him and some of the staff. See you there!
